How to Apply
Exhibition Fee

1) Raw Space：Only space is offered, without partition, carpeting and any other facilities. The exhibitors should appoint a contractor to design and set up booths at their own cost.
2) Package Booth：Standard Shell Booth is offered, including walls(2.5m H), carpeting, sign panel, 3 spotlights, 2 folding chairs, 1 reception counter, 1 socket (110V), 1 trash can.
3) Second-story Booth: Application and extra charge will be required by the exhibition hall owner at least one month prior to the exhibition.
Booth Assignment
1) To guarantee a space assignment, an application form with 50% payment of booth cost must be received for space reservation by May 31, 2024.
2) Space assignment will be arranged in Aug ~ Sep, 2024. It is assigned according to (1) the number of booths you reserve, (2) the date of the payment received. Application without payment of the balance due will not be processed.
3) Exhibition hall: TWTC Nangang Exhibition Hall 1, Celling Height: 9M.
4) The organizer has the right to change the layout of the exhibition area, depends on exhibit situation and demand.

2) An invoice with payment information will be sent upon PIDA receives Application Form from the applying company.
3) Cancellation / Space Reduction

4) PIDA will not be responsible for any loss caused by natural disaster and irresistible enforcement.
1. The organizers reserve the right to change the exhibit dates and place if any conditions caused by natural disaster and irresistible enforcement.
2. Reservations for select booth are availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
